Performance OM605 EDC Injection Pump

High-flow EDC injection pump rebuilt and upgraded for Mercedes-Benz OM605 five-cylinder turbo applications. Ideal for anything from sympathetic street builds to high-output super/turbo projects, each pump is fully disassembled, fitted with upgraded elements, phased and calibrated on a test bench, and test-run to verify operation before it ships.

Element Options (select for your build)

  • 6.0 mm — Stock (~90 cc) — factory-level flow for reliable, mild builds

  • 7.5 mm — Dieselmeken (~160 cc) — aggressive mid-range delivery, great for 250–400 HP targets

  • 8.0 mm — BenzInjection (~160 cc) — smooth high-flow option tuned for daily-drivable performance

Optional Add-On

  • Fuel inlet shut-off bypass / delete — replaces the factory plastic shut-off valve (a common leak/failure point) with a robust mechanical inlet solution for long-term reliability.

Build Process & Quality Control

  1. Pump fully disassembled & chemically cleaned.

  2. Precision inspection; worn components replaced as needed.

  3. New performance elements installed to your selection.

  4. Reassembly, then phased and calibrated on our test bench.

  5. Engine test-run performed where possible to validate fueling and phasing.

  6. Final inspection, packing, and ship.
    Lead time: build queue dependent — typically a few days to a couple of weeks.

What’s Included

  • Upgraded OM605 EDC pump (as built)

  • Pump-to-block gasket

  • Optional shut-off bypass hardware (if selected)

Note: A lift pump is not included. It’s strongly recommended to replace your fuel filter when installing a rebuilt pump.

Installation & Notes

  • Professional installation recommended. OM605 EDC pumps require correct phasing/bench calibration and may need ECU/engine management checks after installation.

  • If your vehicle originally used a different pump type or had additional emissions hardware, verify required fittings and return lines.

  • We test every pump on the bench and confirm phasing before shipment, but final tuning/diagnostics should be completed after installation on the vehicle.
